The Project of Overhaul of Four Gas Turbines of Noorabad Station, with the Supply, Manufacturing and Repair of Hot Path Equipment of Gas Turbines, Officially Started at the Beginning of November 2023. this Project is Followed in Noorabad Gas Pressure Boosting Station Noorabad Road, Located in Fars Province and Mabnatouss Co Manufacturing and Repair Factory. it is Expected that this Project will Last for almost a Year. this Project includes Overhaul of Gas Turbine Units A, B, C, D of Noorabad Station with Supply of all Parts and Reconstruction of Gas Turbine Equipment. Carrying out all Activities Such as: Delivery, Transportation, Delivery in the Factory, Pre-Disassembly Inspections, Disassembly, Post-Disassembly Inspections, Repairs and Reconstruction, Assembly and Post-Disassembly Tests, etc. all of which are among the Duties of Mabnatouss Co in this Project. Due to its Inspection Method (Dupro and FRI), this Project has Comprehensive Testing and Inspections. in the Field of Mechanics, the Contractor will be Responsible for the Provision of all Parts and Equipment. in the Equipment Repair and Reconstruction Department, Repair and Reconstruction of all Equipment including First Stage Nozzle, Liners, Cross Fire Tube, Transition Pieces, Cross Fire Tube Holders, Inner and Outer Shroud, Second Stage Nozzles, First Stage Shroud, all Stationary Vanes and Rotating Blade of the First Row and Secondly, the Reconstruction and Porcelain Row of the Blade Cover Plates of the First and Second Stages will also be among the Duties of the Contractor in this Project. all Repair Process including: Initial Inspection, Metallography, Material Analysis, Disassembly of Parts, Heat Treatment, Repairs (Welding and Brazing), Inspection after Repairs, Coating Of all Parts are Carried out at Mabnatouss Co Repairing and Coating Factory.
