Mabnatouss Co Successfully Completed the Project of Repair, Reconstruction, Alkali Washing And Acid Washing of 4 Boilers of Kerman Combined Cycle Power Plant in Order to Increase the Thermal Efficiency and Prepare the Power Plant Units to Pass the Summer Peak. According to the Official Website of Kerman Electricity Production Company, Reza Kaviani, Vice President of Engineering and Planning of Kerman Electricity Production Management Company, announced this News and Said: Due to the Repairs on the Mentioned Boilers and the Necessity of Cleaning the Pipes of C.P.H. He Added: a Solution Containing Sodium Carbonate and Trisodium Phosphate with a PH Equal to 5.12 and a Temperature of 60 Degrees Celsius was used in the Cleaning Operation of C.P.H. Pipes of Power Plant Boilers. Kaviani added: after Washing, both Sides of the C.P.H Pipes and the Lower Chamber of the Pipes were Completely Rinsed and the Washing Operation Ended with a PH Equal to 7 from the Outlet of the Boiler Drain. in this Operation, the Sediments of the Side Walls and the Bottom of the Boiler were Completely Collected before Washing and Emptied into the Net Pit Tank and After Neutralization, they were Transferred to the Pond. He Pointed out: this Operation Prevents Harmful Effects on the System, which by Increasing the Concentration of Water Solutes, leads to the Formation of Excessive Sediments inside the Heat Exchanger Tubes and Condenser Tubes. this Operation has been Successfully Implemented and Completed by Mabnatouss Co.
