The Project of Overhaul, Manufacturing of Equipment and Balance of Steam Turbine Rotor of Lavan Oil Refinery Started at the Site of Mabnatouss Company’s Repairing Factory.

Lavan Refinery was Built and Operated under the Supervision of Shiraz Refinery in 1977 under the Name of Lavan Distillation Complex with a Capacity of 2000 Barrels of Crude Oil Per Day by Ingra Company from Former Yugoslavia under the Supervision of National Oil Co. the Primary Products of this Refinery are: Sour Naphtha, Gas Oil, Fuel Oil, Merax unit with a Capacity of 6000 Barrels Per Day in 1989 by U.O.P. it was Designed and Installed by Chyoda Company to Produce Sweet Naphtha. in 1994, with the Implementation of the Plan to increase the Capacity of the Crude Oil Distillation Unit, the Kerosene Circulation Pump System increased the Capacity of the Crude Oil Distillation unit from 20,000 Barrels to 30,000 Barrels Per Day, as Well as Correspondingly increasing the Production of Products and the Possibility of Producing Products with the Value of Kerosene and Reducing the Waste was Provided in 2001 with the Use of the Gasoline Making Unit of this Refinery and in 2009, the Dual-Purpose Oil-Procurement Dock and the Extraction and Storage Unit of Liquid Gas (LPG) of this Company, which was Burned in the Flares of the Refinery before that. it was Put into Operation. Steam Turbine Rotor is Known as One of the Strategic Equipment of Steam Turbine. Mabnatouss is One of the Pioneers of Iran's Industry with Years of Brilliant Execution Experience in the Field of Repair, Reconstruction and Balancing at a Cost-Effective Price. the Project of Overhaul, Supply and Manufacturing of main and Spare Equipment, Reconstruction of the Rotor Side Parts of the Steam Turbines of Lavan Oil Refinery is Carried out at the Site of the Reconstruction Factory of Mabnatouss Co. it is Expected that this Project will Last for Nearly 1 Year. this Project includes Cleaning Operations, Washing, Disassembly, Reverse Engineering, Manufacturing of Rotor Blades, Reverse Engineering of all Parts, Material Analysis, Preparation of Manufacturing Plan and Technical Certificate of all Rotor Parts, Modification of the Labyrinth of Rotor Seals, Etc. and Performing Required Inspections from on the Client's Side, it will be Necessary to Carry out Blade-Picking Operations, Prepare Balance Operations and Carry out Inspections in Accordance with the Current Engineering Method, Cleaning, Taking Dimensions and Preparing the Rotor's Technical Certificate and Disassembling Seven HP Rotor Rows, Etc.
